This staffordhire fiqurine is by Thomas Parr in about 1860 as referenced in Adele Kenny's and Veronica Moriarty's book, Staffordshire Figurines History in Earthenware 1740-1900, p.150. They also write that this figurine was previous unrecorded. Mine has some different colors on the clothes. There is some paint missing.
